*Already half way up the hill, turns into a side street and stops in front of a hobbit home. Knocks at the door. It's opened by an old hobbit.* Good evening master Swallowtail. I'd like to see Rhisiart, please.* The hobbit smiles* Come in, he's already waiting for you.* She waves at Jack and Camri.* They are good friends of mine, so I hope they are welcome, too.*The door is opened wide.* Yes, they are. Please come in now, it will start to rain again any minute.*

rhiannon, if rhisiart is the friend of which you spoke, i feel we should find him quickly. *turns to jack and stuffs a handful of papery, dark green leaves into his hand.* inhale; these often act as a pain-reliever.

*Takes a look at Jack* You're right, Camri. *Helps Jack into the house. Inside, she quickly takes off her cape and walks towards a room at the far end.*Rhisiart!? It's me, Rhiannon! *An elderly ranger sits in a chair at the fireplace, now rising to greet Rhia and her friends.*Ahh, Rhia, my girl...*Rhiannon blushes deeply...*I'm not a kid anymore!* Rhisiart smiles, then sees Jack and the broken sword. *Whatever it is, you've arrived just in time. I've seen this blades before. They have strong magic. And something alive is needed to be put into them to keep the magic under control. Something alive.....And many of them are linked to their owner in different ways to make sure nobody else can use the blades. *

*steps forward.* the "something alive" inside this sword is very important and must be saved at all costs. i have enchanted the blade to hold in its magic... though something tells me it doesn't want to be held in. i am not sure how long the charm will last under these circumstances. will you aid us?

of course it wants to get back to me. my soul is in there and it wants to be part of the main. it's been cooped up in that sword for a long time you know.

i speak of the magic, jack. though maybe it is under the influence of your soul. would you rather i removed the spell?

NO! The soul in there holds all my magic. the soul being cooped wants to come back to me. though it doesn't know by leaving the sword it can't get to me.

*Rhisiart has been listening carefully* So we have two options: we can try to keep you soul where it is or we need a ceremony to reach and guide your soul through a reunion. Both ways are dangerous but it's obvious that we have to take action, soon.

Rhisiart: The man who made this sword must be a master blacksmith and a great wizard as well. Not many are left who know the old secrets of this art. I had the great honour to meet one of these wise men. Of course he didn't reveal all of his knowledge but I know he told me about the art of making this swords. I have to remember....
