*vision improves and she fires with increased rapidity. looks roundm for her friends; sopts aragorn quite close by, rhia and red heading somewhere in trhe midst of the battle, and flory a way a head of them, battling azgork.* (i'm not sure how many uruk-hai there are, btw, but i'm guessing around twenty at the moment.)

*The rain lashes them fiercely. She is drenched. Her clothes heavy and sodden, her hair stuck to her face. From the top of the hill the scene of destruction is immense. Through the greyness of the rain she can just make out the forms of hundreds of orc corpses scattered across the field and sadly there are many elf casualties too.*

*As the rain begins she stops briefly. Ties her scarf around head and face for a little bit of protection, leaving only a small gap to look. Continues climbing the now slippery hill. Makes it on top but it's very difficult now to tell elves from orcs as the battlefield rapidly turns into a sea of mud.* Red, can you see anyone?

*Leaps up and Floryian's sword sweeps under his feet, barely brushing past the soles. With a snarl, he raises his sword and dives towards the Elf, holding out the sheild. The Eye emblazoned on it seems to glow with a fiery hatred.*
This rain is not going to deter the Uruk-Hai. Nothing deters the Uruk-Hai. Say your prayers, Floryian.

*The Uruk-hai is bearing down on her. Formidable in it's black armour it towers over her, hungry for bloodshed. It is shielded by the red eye of Mordor and she can see no way through it's defences. It snarls, letting out a low growl, finding pleasure in such awful circumstances. It takes another step towards her.....and another. Raises her sword above her head and delivers another hard blow which merely bounces of the shield.*

*mutters while firing arrows.* this is a dirty- *vwhoosh* rotten- *vwing* trick *vwhish*. but it's not working. *grins, by this time so used to the rain she hardly feels it. thinks back to an infant memory of knocking konkers out of a tree by her old house through a hailstorm. can see rhia and red- hastily shoots an arrow to topple an orc coming behind them unnoticed.*

*Many drops of water continue hitting him but not doing anything to make him blink or anything.Looks at the black clouds over head.Notices one of the Nazgul and runs straight towards him dodging orcs as he runs*

You can give up, my dear Elf. Why don't I be nice and just get it over nice and quick. How does that sound, eh? Better than the wondrous torture, is it not?
*The ugly grin grows wider as the Uruk-Hai lifts his sword, raising his right hand into the air.*

*There is the chink of chainmail and the clattering of hooves as the Ringwraith rides onto the battlefield, screeching. A deafening silence descends upon all the fighters, Whiteskins and Orcs alike. Shrinking back, the armies of Men take several steps backwards as the Ringwraith nears them. The horse snorts irritably, causing all to jump.
Ignoring the rest, the Ringwraith turns his horse towards the spot where an Elf is cowering under a menacing Uruk-Hai, staring fearfully at the blade he is wielding.
After a slight moment of confusion, the battle resumes as the hosts of Gondor and Mordor realise that the Ringwraith did not come for them. The shrieking, yelling and screaming on the battlefield grows louder each second, getting stronger on every "clop, clop" of the horses' hooves.*
Halt, Azgork the Uruk-Hai. Leave this Elf to me. We have met before and it is time to pay off what all of us owe.
*He draws his sword.*

*He turns to look at the Ringwraith, confused, but sheaths his sword, muttering angrily.*
We will meet again, my dear Elf. And that is when you will wish I had killed you right here and right now.
*Snarling, he backs away from the Ringwraith, towering over him on the magnificent horse and the Elf, still on the ground.
With a sharp turn, he bounds off, disappearing from view as a cluster of Orcs and Men fight their way in front, blocking their (The Ringwraith and Floryian) view.*
