*grimaces* ugh...i dont much like killing, but it is for my people and for the good of middle earth.
*shakes her head to clear her resolve* all right, then. your instruction and overall knowledge of the subject of battle is immense, rhiannon. i thank you. and i am ambidextrous, by the way...i can use either hand/foot with equal skill. *smiles and attempts to imitate what rhiannon showed her. her natural grace allows her to execute the moves with near perfection*
is that all right?

I must congratulate you on how quick you learn. You'll be a sword master in no time. There is another important thing: since you carry no shield, your sword is not only your weapon but serves as your shield, too. So try always to stay behind your sword. Don't make big movements or run/fly around swinging your sword above your head leaving you without cover. *smiles* Do you want to see some more techniques or shall we go on practicing this particular one. I will attack you. This way, you'll get a feeling for the real timing and proper distance.

I'll also be glad to show you how to defend yourself against multiple attackers. And - there are many ways to spare an enemy's life, if he sees that his atempts are futile and he finally gives up. On the other hand, if he's not that intelligent, you may have to kill.

I've been studying and teaching the ways of the sword for a long time in other parts of the world already. I'm always ready to share my knowledge with friends to prepare our forces to fight against the dark side.

I stand at the door, bow and enter the room. I smile at Jack and Frodo. Seeing them engaged in practice I walk over to the open space. I sit down to tie up my hakama pants then put my beautiful ancient shinken back in my belt. I turn towards Jack and Frodo saying:"Gentlemen, I would be honoured to practice with you when you've finished your duel." I walk over to a sunny spot and start practicing my favourite katas. not that i care but this is a big meadow we are on one side of it. it isn't a room

Well, multiple attackers are indeed a different story than a single enemy or encountering one after another. But one of the most important principles I've learned from my noble teachers is to give the (single) opponent at least one chance to reflect upon his doing and to give up the evil ways of hatred and anger. If he still chooses to fight, then he will meet his fate.
